For each roofing or repair estimate, Pfister Roofing prepares a complementary and detailed inspection report. To create your report, your roofing specialist may document problem areas on the roof using infrared scans to leaking water, high-tech still and motion video cameras as well as scaled drawings.  This report may also offer alternate roofing plans designed to save money, save energy or solve an inherent design problem. Asbestos Insulation? Not a problem. Pfister Roofing removes asbestos building materials in accordance with state guidelines.

Green Roofing
Pfister Roofing’s “state-of-the-art” infrared cameras detect wet roofing insulation long before it is visible to the naked eye. By sensing temperature differences as small as 1/100 of one degree Fahrenheit and by electronically displaying theCommercial roofing thermal patterns as a video image, Pfister will find leaks early. Early detection reduces repairs, mess and costs significantly. This is ideal for triple-net leasing evaluation.
